Carissa over at Lowercase Letters had started Miscellany Monday and opened it up to everyone. Basically you post 5 random snipets that you may not normally blog about. Well here are mine!
{1} The Substitute - yes, that could be my new title in the fall. I have applied to be a substitute teacher in town. I am also going to sign up to retake the math part of the Teacher's Test in July. Being a Stay at home mom didn't last all that long now did it?
{2} My cousin is getting married this weekend. I cannot wait to get away for the weekend. It may not be to an exotic or tropical place, but it is a little vacation none-the-less. Plus I always love our family get-togethers. It'll be time to get a little Funky...Cold Medina!
{3} Betty White was amazing on SNL this weekend. If you haven't seen it already, Hulu is your friend!
{4} My Mom gave me Mother's Day money to spend on just myself and that is exactly what I plan to do. I haven't bought anything for just me in SO long. So what will I buy? New clothes? A massage? A New Purse? Any Suggestions?
{5} I really, strongly dislike ticks! They are everwhere and I keep checking my head. It has become an obsession of mine. Not a fun one I might add. How do you get rid of these dang things?

Oh my goodness...I totally and I mean TOTALLY agree with you about the ticks. They freak me out. I am constantly checking my boys heads.
And, lol, whenever I get money or a giftcard for me I never know what to do with it!
