35 Weeks...

How far along? 35 weeks!!
How big are the babies? Honeydews!
Best moment this week: Getting to see the little ones on the big screen. Can't believe how big they are getting!
Symptoms: Sleeping has become a challenge, a lot more pressure these days too
Movement: All the time!
Food cravings: Back to ice cream :)
Genders: A Boy and Girl!!!
Milestones: 35 weeks down, 35 days to go (in theory anyways)

Development: From now on, the babies' growth is mostly in the plumping up department -- though they won't get much longer, they'll put on a pound or more of baby fat before birth. (They're about 15 percent right now and will be about 30 percent by full-term.) Their hearing is totally developed (tip: baby responds best to higher pitches)

Headlines from the week:

Devastating Quake Hits Chile
 One of the largest earthquakes ever recorded tore apart houses, bridges, and highways in central Chile yesterday and sent a tsunami racing halfway around the world. Authorities said at least 300 people were dead.

Runaway health costs are rocking municipal budgets
But there’s no will or willingness to roll back benefits granted in palmier times;

Weather today:
Cloudy, 37 Degrees
