So now it was time to tell Ryan. Well Wednesday was his birthday, but I couldn't wait until then. So he got into the shower and I left him a little message on the mirror to see when he got out...
and then left the test on the vanity. Of course he came out of the shower, read the message and didn't see the test so he ended up looking all over the place for it. Finally he found it and saw the "Yes". He was so excited.
We were going to wait to tell everyone, but the way we look at it, most people wait until their 2nd trimester to tell, but we lost our first baby in the 2nd trimester. So even if we had waited, it wouldn't have made a difference. Right now we did decide to just tell close friends and family just until we're a little further along. I'm going to keep updating my blog along the way. What I want to do is weekly updates that will later be made into a scrapbook for the baby, as well as any other updates I want to add in between.
For now we are beyond the moon. Today I am pregnant and I love my baby.

Gretchen and Ryan......thanks for the tears!!!!Although, they are very happy ones and happines can't describe what I feel for the both of you......elated seems better. You are both blessed to have each other and your close relationship. I look forward to watching and reading about the progression of your pregnancy!
