So I got some very helpful tips from some of my readers yesterday and put them to work. They didn't sleep through the night, but they slept more to a schedule. I am also happy to report that we did not play the pacifier game at all last night! I call that a success.
I basically went with the 1-4-7-10 feeding schedule and they stuck right to it! After their feedings I tried to keep them up for a bit during the day, so they didn't sleep all day. Then after the 7:00 feeding they had a bath. We then put the in the crib after their 10:00 feeding. I did notice that my son only had about 2 1/2oz at the 1:00 feeding and really didn't seem that interested in it to begin with. I'm thinking he either only woke up because his sister did or because his body was schedule trained.
So now my questions for today: Did your babies just all of a sudden one day sleep through the night, or did you work at it? Also, Cav usually eats about 4oz per feeding and Kaylie is about 3 1/2 (it's the only amount that doesn't induce prjectile spit ups). How many oz of formula per feeding were your babies eating at 2 months?

With Olivia, she just slept through the night all of a sudden. It was awesome! I remember waking up early morning and freaking out because she didn't wake up.
Oh I can't wait for that day!
Honestly Emma just slept through the night all of the sudden at 6 weeks (it was actually the day before we got married, it was her wedding gift).
She was eating every 4 hours and then just skipped the middle of the night one! Honestly it was more like 12-7 kind of a thing (can't completely remember), but 7 uninterrupted hours of sleep is the most amazing thing!
haha I just read the first comment and completely agree...when it was 7 am and I hadn't woken up all night I jumped outta bed and semi freaked haha. I think I even went in to check Emma was ok!
How many ounces were they eating per feeding? I'm wondering if that's why they're not sleeping through?
At 2 months I was breast feeding, but I would call the pediatrician, they might have an answer! Although sometimes they say just until they are full.
Honestly your ounces don't sound too far off though.
I'm in the process of sleep training my almost 2 month old twins- my daughter all of a sudden slept through one night from 9-6:30 and does it almost all the time since. My son usually has one good 5 hour stretch. They eat 4 oz- sometimes 5.
